Cancer Screening, Diagnosis and Care

Public consultations

Share your insights, data and other feedback on the European Commission initiatives on cancer screening and care.

The Joint Research Centre (JRC) has launched calls for feedback on several aspects of the European cancer guidelines and quality assurance schemes. The calls can be reached via the links in the table below.

Within each topic, feedback is requested regarding initiative elements comprising: the list of healthcare questions to be addressed in the guidelines, the research protocols informing the guidelines and quality assurance schemes, or other relevant aspects.

The calls reinforce the policy on openness and transparency of the Commission initiatives and serve to potentially improve the initiatives’ outputs via wider input from the scientific community and/or key partners and collaborators.

The JRC, the initiative co-coordinator when one exists (e.g. the International Agency for Research on Cancer, or IARC, in the case of the European Commission Initiative on Cervical Cancer (EC-CvC), and the initiative’s working group will review all comments and, where appropriate, consider and/or incorporate new information in the final outputs.
